I initially started this blog during my consolidation period in nursing school. I was placed in a rural community hospital, and I wanted to keep in touch with family and friends.

If you happen to stumble upon it, and you enjoy my posts — please comment and send me a message. It would be great to know who else is interested in this unique type of nursing.

I’m currently working at a major urban center hospital, in the emergency department. I was able to leave for 3 months to work on a Native reserve, but now I’m back to the grind. I hope to return to the north, and perhaps travel further — north of the 60th parallel.
